From streaming laptop - "where is the streaming laptop been stored?" 1. Log into zoom with tapc host account 2. Start the Sunday zoom meeting 3. mute microphone, no camera sharing. 4. allow multiple participant to share. - for live streaming 1. log in to church face book account first (peisern@tapcsj.org, tai31mei) login screen and display after log in may be different for different computers but as long as logged in, it should be OK 2. start the zoom meeting 3. click 'more' on lower right hand corner, click live on facebook 4. click on 'Share on a page you manage' 5. click Encounter page (for MM), TAPC 聖荷西台美基督長老教會 (for TM) 6. click Next 7. a facebook live stream page should pop up 8. enter a title '2020-11-01 TAPC Sunday Worship...etc' 9. click 'Go Live' 10. it will take a few seconds for live stream to get started 11. verify facebook page live video by login from another computer or smartphone 12. then you can go back to zoom 5. stop live stream when finished, log out everything 6. put the latop back to storage place? B. From church computer and audio station 1. unlock audio rack and mixer control panel 2. turn on audio, wait 10 minutes or until all/most red light is gone 3. then turn on audio on stage - to avoid pop noise 4. turn on church computer 5. start OBS, make sure video is on and correct (adjust/get help if need to) remote setup, to set Camera 1, press [*]+[＃]+[F1] (point at the camera?) 6. login to zoom (the host account is already setup) - if login as host, the streaming laptop will get a message but no problem - if login as other user, make suer you can share screen 7. Share, check share computer audio, select share second screen, click "Share" 8. unmute and start camera sharing. 9. start Sunday PPT, make sure display is on seconf screen 10. play pre-worship mp4 video if time allows, drag the window to second screen 11. when ready to play PPT, close the mp4 window 12. start PPT as usual, follow worship process 13. ... normal finish up procedures...
